Playing with Fire [catering by saison hospitality] is the culmination of Saison Hospitality’s pedigree and ethos, brought to any destination imaginable. Three combined Michelin stars and twenty years of operating our restaurants lay the ideal foundation for our team of strategic dreamers to craft bespoke off-site experiences. Our creativity knows no bounds and sustainability is always at the forefront.
THE PLAYING WITH FIRE EXPERIENCE
We curate our range of culinary offerings based on our Chefs’ expertise, background, and passions. All menus are guided by seasonality and highlight as much locally sourced product as possible. We always love to bring Saison or Angler outside our walls. We also feature BBQ inspired by our Smokehouse pop-up and California Mexican cuisine from Chef Julio Aguilera, as well as traditional drop-off catered lunch options.

Our events and service teams are the experts who make it all come together, and can be as involved in the planning as you wish. Depending on the needs of your event, our Chefs are available for live demonstrations and immersive tastings, or we can simply take care of every detail with discreet service so you hardly know we’re there.

We aim to make every single event, be it a standing reception or seated dinner, a multi-course tasting menu or a boxed lunch, truly singular.
